I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of this hotel. It is situated near the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The proximity to the center means that there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a SPA shop within a short walking distance.

In terms of improvement, I believe that all aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was cozy! Excellent cuisine. It took us 15 minutes to reach singing fountain on foot.

Getting to colonnade was easy and took only 10 minutes on foot. Free parking onsite was provided. We really enjoyed villa regent. Took us 15 minutes to get to train station.

The hotel had a great location in the city center, close to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view from our window was stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check-in process was a bit confusing, and we had some trouble finding the reception desk. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak and unreliable.

The room was in the old grand style of hotels, very comfortable and a lovely forest view. Staff were excellent and even sent a jacket left behind to France for us.

The only thing that was lacking was information on the facilities regarding massages and spa treatments in English, however the staff were helpful in explaining what was available.

An excellent hotel value for money in good location 10 minutes walk to the main town area. Lovely forest surroundings. Staff friendly and helpful. Spoke good English. Room spacious clean and comfortable.

Parking can be a little difficult trying to get out, especially with a big car. Would be nice to add English to brochures that currently cater for only German and Russian speaking guests.Becomes a little difficult when trying to decide on various spa options available at the hotel.

Location of the building is very convinient. Near the city center but in a quiet location right in the forest. Our room was rather small but nice. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom with a shower is ok The room looks the same like on the booking website. The young woman in the reception desk doesn't speak English but she was very helpfull. I would like to say her "thank you" :-)

We received our booked double room on the 3rd floor under the roof. These rooms are lower than others on the lower floors. Only a few rooms on the 3rd floor have balconies, A breakfast in the restaurant was good (fresh). But the menu each day was still the same. For me was not enought fruits and vegetables. If you want to have a lunch or a dinner i recomend you to visit a nice restaurants in the center of the city. Tastier and more choice. Parking is on the street. Only 6 cars may be parked near the building

Hotel was clean, room was fine, breakfast was correct. staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing I thought was a shame was the curtains which were a bit see through, so in the morning, the room was a bit bright.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Marianske Lazne. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the quality received. Secondly, I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the well-maintained rooms with balconies and nice views to the inviting beer garden at the front. Lastly, the location was perfect - situated in a quiet area, yet still close enough to the city center and the Doma restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were superb.
